Burgers

Used about 1 lb of ground chuck. Added 2 t 'baby bam' (from Emeril), 1/2 t salt, and 1/4 t pepper, and about 2 T of bbq sauce, Kraft Think 'n Spicy. These were GREAT, I loved them. Could be slightly moister, maybe- a little water, butter, cream, more bbq? Also, next time get GOOD buns and toast them.
